Level 1: Shoden – The Awakening
In this foundational course, you’ll take your first steps into the realm of Reiki healing by:
- Awakening your innate healing abilities.
- Learning the art of self-healing.
- Mastering the basic hand positions for treating self and others.
- Being introduced to the sacred power symbol Cho Ku Rei which amplifies the Reiki energy and grounds you in the present moment.
- Receiving your First Attunement, opening your energy channels, aligning your chakras and cleansing your aura.
As you practice, you may experience tingling sensations in your palms or a gentle pulsing – these are signs that the universal life force is now flowing through you!
Level 2: Okuden – The Deepening
Ready to dive deeper? In Level 2, which you will be able to start three months after successfully completing level 1, we will explore:
- – Distance healing techniques to send Reiki across time and space.
- – Emotional and mental healing practices.
- – Advanced use of Reiki symbols for specific purposes.
You’ll receive your Second Attunement, which will feel like a key unlocking hidden chambers within your soul. Two new symbols will be revealed to you:1. The mental/emotional sacred symbol Sei He Ki, which helps balance the left and right brain hemispheres and promotes emotional healing.
2. The distance sacred symbol Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, allowing you to transcend the limitations of time and space in your healing work.
As you work with these sacred symbols, you may find yourself experiencing vivid dreams or moments of profound insight – embrace these gifts of expanded consciousness!
Level 3: Shinpiden – The Mastery
One year after successfully completing level 2, You will be welcome to the pinnacle of your Reiki journey! In this advanced course, you will:
- – Become a Reiki Master, able to attune others.
– Learn the sacred master symbol and its applications. - – Develop advanced healing techniques and spiritual practices.
- – Explore the art of teaching Reiki.
The Third Attunement is a powerful experience, often described as a “rebirth.” You’ll be introduced to the sacred master symbols Dai Ko Myo and Raky, which represents the highest spiritual consciousness and divine wisdom.
As a Reiki Master, you’ll find yourself more attuned to the subtle energies around you. You might notice synchronicities increasing in your life or feel a deeper connection to all living beings.
